FEATURED PERFORMERS "GIRLS NEXT DOOR" and MIKE & DORIS MERRITT

Music has been a big part of MKE & DORIS' lives even before the LORD brought them together. DORIS is originally from Nashville. As a young woman, she landed a recording contract with MTM Records and enjoyed a wonderful career with a four girl country recording group in the 80's named "Girls Next Door". (Left photo)

MIKE grew up in a Christian home in Texas, cowboying and rodeoing. He worked on ranches, rode bulls & picked up at rodeos. Mike honed his music skills playing and traveling for about fifteen years with a country music band.

Together, Mike & Doris have been involved in cowboy church ministry for the past several years and had the privilege of being part of the start-up of about forty Cowboy Churches in the state of Ok. They are passionate about this cowboy ministry because they have seen how God has changed folks that would never set foot in a traditional church.

SADDLE UP AMERICA WITH RETURNING GUEST TAMMY PATE
Personal Invitation from TAMMY PATE, founder of "The Art of the Cowgirl." Please join us for “The Art of the Cowgirl” as we celebrate, gather and connect western women around horses and western art. We will feature female makers, including master artists, silversmiths, braiders, saddle makers and horsewomen. The event will not only provide entertainment and honor women of the west, but also provide fellowships to individuals to further their knowledge with master artists in the trade of choice. The contributions of these cowgirl makers are truly worth celebrating and we look forward to sharing them with you.

I had the pleasure of attending COWBOY CHURCH CROSSING in HUGO, OK. over THANKSGIVING. MIKE & DORIS were a pleasure to hear & worship with. I’m very blessed to have gotten to participate over the holidays with decorating the Church.
