- Orders placed for stock OutWest Shop has on hand ships via USPS immediately.
- Orders placed for stock OutWest Shop offers, but does not have in inventory, ship directly from the supplier. Our suppliers are located throughout the country and each follows their state and federal COVID-19 regulations. This may impact shipping time and may delay delivery.
- Some of our vendor partners create their product on demand - i.e. American Dakota Textiles, Handcrafted Ceramic Tiles, and Handmade Rustic Wooden Signs - allow an additional 3 - 4 weeks for delivery.

- If your order ships from the OutWest warehouse, we ship USPS Priority Mail with delivery time within 4 to 5 business days from the date of your order.
- If your order is not in our warehouse, arrangements are made for it to drop ship directly from the vendor, USPS or UPS Ground, this may add 4 to 5 additional days for delivery. (The impact of the pandemic and the holiday seasom may impact delivery times).
- The shopping cart charges a USPS Prioirty Mail rate, even if the item is ships UPS.
All orders $98.00 and over ship free to the lower 48 states. Free shipping is usually Priority Mail or UPS ground. Allow 4-5 business days, from the date of your order, depending on your location and shipping service we determine.
- If delivery is crucial to get to you in time for a special event, please contact us as Express Mail, UPS, or FedEx may be your best option.
2021 HOLIDAY SHIPPING
- If your order is in the OutWest warehouse, it will ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- If it is not in our warehouse, arrangements are made with our vendor partners for USPS or UPS Drop Shipping at no additional cost to you. Please keep this in mind when ordering beginning November 20, 2021.

Based on our experience, OutWest Shop recommends keeping the following mailing and shipping deadlines in mind for delivery in time for Christmas:
- Dec. 10 – USPS Retail Ground Service (domestic)
- Dec. 15 – USPS First-Class Mail/Priority Mail (domestic)
- Dec. 18 – USPS Priority Mail Service (domestic)
How will my purchase be shipped?
Based on your selections, we will choose the best method of shipping.
- We track deliveries.
- We prefer to ship USPS Priority Mail.
- There may be times we will choose UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.
- For USA orders, expect delivery 4 to 5 business days from the date your order is placed - unless an exception is noted
- If not in our warehouse your order will "drop ship" directly from the vendor. Shipping may be USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground, shipping within 4 business days (if in stock) to 3 weeks (if created on demand) from the date of your order.
If you need something for a specific deadline - PLEASE- take a moment and let us know. We do not know the item ordered is for a wedding, horse show, theater performance, family reunion, birthday or other special event if you don't let us know!

If shipping to a P.O. Box, your order will ship through the United States Postal Service.
What are my shipping charges?
Shipping costs are based on total weight of your order plus handling plus shipping distance. These estimated additional shipping charges may apply for expedited shipping and are the responsibility of the purchaser:

- $75-$80……2nd day air
- $81-$150+….Next day
The rates for expedited shipping may vary from these posted, especially during the holidays. Contact us, before placing your order, for actual rates. You will receive email notification and a tracking number at the time of pick-up.
When can I expect my shipment to arrive?
If everything you ordered is available for immediate shipment your order will ship within 48 business hours of its receipt. This does not include weekends. If we do not have your item in stock, we order it. Your order may ship directly from our warehouse or be drop shipped from the vendor, drop shipped orders may need an 3 to 4 additional business days for processing.
We ship UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. UPS and FedEx- expect delivery within 10 to 15 days from the date of your order. (do not include weekends). Priority Mail - 4 to 5 business days from its shipping date. You will receive email notification and a tracking number when available.
I need my order FAST! How can I speed up delivery?
Contact us, before placing your order, for actual expedited rates. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We know the West is near-and-dear to many around the world and we may be able to process your international orders. The shopping cart is not able to determine the shipping charge and cannot complete your order. Please follow these steps to place an international order. Here are the details:
1. Please be aware that any customs or duty fees charged are the purchaser's responsibility.
2. Contact us directly with the items (including size and color) you are interested in and provide the exact delivery address. We will determine if shipping is available to your location and will estimate an accurate shipping charge. Once the shipping cost is determined, an order is created. 3. Once your order ships:
- OutWest Shop is not responsible for any custom charges / duties.
- OutWest Shop will provide the tracking number to you but is not responsible for the length of time it takes to get into your country's postal service.
- Depending on the destination country, the tracking number may only provide information within the United States border, once the package leaves the USA tracking may not be available.
